5. Consulting Services Refunds
5.1 Before Service Commencement
If you cancel a consulting engagement before the first scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, minus non-refundable booking deposits where clearly stated at the point of purchase. Cancellation requests must be received at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled first session.
5.2 After Service Commencement
Once consulting sessions have commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.
